Epoxy Fiberglass Fabric Molding Parts

In some special application, there are some parts with the special shape and are not easy to make it by CNC machinng, 
we will make them by molding.  Engineer will design the how to use the different layers of epoxy glass fabric prepreg to 
obtain certain thickness, shape and mechanical strength.

What we produce:

Epoxy Glassfiber Fabric Molding Parts according customers' drawings or samples. 

According the different applications, SMC/DMC molded parts and the CNC machining parts cannot meet the special requirement. For example, the SMC/DMC molded parts cannot make the very thin wall thickness product, and CNC machining parts will destroy the continuous glass fiber and reduce mechanical strength. So the epoxy glass fabric molded parts will solve such problem.

We can make the design, mold and production formula according the customer’s drawing or sample. At present, we make the epoxy glass fabric molded parts for the medical equipment, electric relay, antenna and so on.

 

Characteristics & Applications:

We can use different types of prepreg to produce the molding parts, the prepreg can be EPGC201/G10, EPGC202/FR4, EPGC203/G11, EPGC204/FR5, 3240 grade.Certainly the molding parts will have the same Characteristics as the prepreg.

3240, EPGC201 and G10:Primarily intended for mechanical,electrical, electronic usual applications, with high strength under moderate temperature and good electrical properties under high humidity;  EPGC201 and G10 have better electrical property than 3240.

PGC202 and FR4: both with flame retardant property, good mechanical and electrical insulating property. They are popular and versatile high-pressure thermoset plastic laminate grade with good strength to weight ratios. With near zero water absorption, they are most commonly used as an electrical insulator possessing considerable mechanical strength. The material is known to retain its high mechanical values and electrical insulating qualities in both dry and humid conditions. These attributes, along with good fabrication characteristics, lend utility to this grade for a wide variety of electrical and mechanical applications.

EPGC203 and G11:  With higher mechanical and electrical insulating property,high heat resistance Class F, usually processed into slot, wedge and insulating structural parts for Class F electrical machine, pulling motors and transmission and distribution equipments, engines, motors, etc.

EPGC204 and FR5:Similar to EPGC203 and G11, but with flame retardant property.
