SMC, DMC/BMC Molding Parts
SMC or DMC are all composed by unsaturated polyester resin as the bonding material, filled with glass fiber, fillings, pigment and other chemical agents. SMC is covered by film on both sides and in the shape of roll and DMC is dough shape. DMC is usually for complex and thin wall molded parts and SMC is usually for big and high mechanical required molded parts.
